Support for Families

I understand how difficult it can be to support an aging loved one while also balancing a career and other life/family demands.  We can discuss how to balance competing demands, how to set appropriate boundaries & how to access outside supports to help loved ones while easing burdens.  Sessions can be tailored to accommodate small family groups
